NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 25, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-012473 DIV. G of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Aurora Loan Services, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Odilon Valencia; Unknown Spouse of Odilon Valencia, if any; and Unknown Tenant(s), are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on August 13, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 22, Block 1, RUSKIN GROWERS SUBDIVISION UNIT NO. 3A, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 45, page 68 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
