NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered June 19, 2013 in Civil Case No. 10-CA-014340 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE SERVICING, INC. is Plaintiff and JAMES BREWER A/K/A JASON BREWER, CRAIG SHATTO A/K/A CRAIG SCOTT SHATTO A/K/A CRAIG S. SHATTO, MARGIE S SHATTO, HBMC INCORPORATED F/K/A HOMEBANC MORTGAGE CORPORATION, STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES BREWER A/K/A JASON BREWER, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CRAIG SHATTO A/K/A CRAIG SCOTT SHATTO A/K/A CRAIG S.
