NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 25, 2013, entered in Case No. 12-CA-011257 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, Successor Trustee to Bank of America, N.A. Successor by Merger to LaSalle Bank, N.A. Trustee for the Holders of the Merrill Lynch First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-FF18 is the Plaintiff and Robert Cipriani; Crystal Cipriani; First Franklin Financial Corporation ; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 13th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 29 FEET OF LOT 14, BLOCK 1, MAXWELLTON SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 50, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
