HRYC; ROXANNE C. HRYC A/K/A ROXANNE HRYC; NEW CENTURY MORTGAGE CORPORATION, A DISSOLVED CORPORATION; LITHIA OAKS PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION, III; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 08/19/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
