NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 2, 2013, entered in Case No. 2013 01998 DIV N of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Jami Scott Mills; Unknown Spouse of Jami Scott Mills; Toni Ann Streb; Citibank, N.A., successor by merger to Citibank, Federal Savings Bank ; State of Florida Department of Revenue; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 16th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGIN 392.98 FEET WEST OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE NORTH ½ OF THE SOUTHEAST ¼ OF THE SOUTHWEST ¼ OF SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST AND RUN NORTH 145.5 FEET, WEST 100 FEET, SOUTH 145.5 FEET AND EAST 100 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, ALL LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
