NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered June 19, 2013 in Civil Case No. 29-2012-CA-011267 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is Plaintiff and SANDRA C. SANCHEZ A/K/A SANDRA C. WISE, ERICK SANCHEZ, and CARROLLWOOD VILLAGE PHASE II HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on August 07, 2013, at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
