NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered June 19, 2013 in Civil Case No. 12-CA-009936 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and KIMBERLY L. HALL A/K/A KIMBERLY L. WADE and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KIMBERLY L HALL A/K/A KIMBERLY L. WADE, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on August 07, 2013 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
