NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 25, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 29-2012-CA-011225 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 13th day of August, 2013, using the following method: 10:00 a.m.via the website : http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, or relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 110, SPRINGWOOD VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGE 75, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. LESS THAT PART DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCE AT THE COMMON CORNER BETWEEN LOTS 110 AND 111 OF SAID SPRINGWOOD VILLAGE ON THE EASTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY BOUNDARY OF BOTTLEBRUSH PLACE; THENCE ALONG THE COMMON BOUNDARY BETWEEN SAID LOTS 110 AND 111, NORTH 90Ëš00`00” EAST, 48.58 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE ALONG SAID COMMON BOUNDARY THE FOLLOWING CALLS, NORTH 90Ëš00”00” EAST, 4.17 FEET, NORTH 45Ëš00`00” EAST, 14.14 FEET, THENCE LEAVING SAID COMMON BOUNDARY; SOUTH 54Ëš47`20” WEST, 17.34 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
