Final Judgment was awarded on June 19, 2013 in Civil Case No.:2010-CA-005766, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB, is the Plaintiff, and, SCOTT C JACKSON; VILLA SONOMA AT INTERNATIONAL PLAZA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A RACHEL DEFKOWSKI; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on August 5, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
