NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered June 19, 2013 in Civil Case No. 29-2010-CA-014421 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein RESIDENTIAL CREDIT SOLUTIONS, INC. is Plaintiff and SVETLANA PRYJMAK, LUDMILA STECURA, LUDMILA STECURA, AS TRUSTEE AND NOT PERSONALLY UNDER TRUST NO. 32721, PRYJMAK FAMILY LAND TRUST DATED NOVEMBER 13, 2007, THE UNKNOWN TRUSTEE, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST TRUST NO. 32721, PRYJMAK FAMILY LAND TRUST DATED NOVEMBER 13 2007, AZURE ESTATES ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LUDMILA STECURA, UNKNOWN TENANT #1, UNKNOWN TENANT #2, HELEN WILLIAMS, CHARLES WILLIAMS, JR., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on August 07, 2013, at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK 1, AZURE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGE(S) 72, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
