NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to an order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 29, 2013 and entered in Case No. 29-2011-CA-016456 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein SPACE COAST CREDIT UNION and GUILLERMO AYALA, BROOKE R. AYALA, LUIS GARCIA and AIG UNITED GUARANTY RESIDENTIAL INSURANCE CO. OF NORTH CAROLINA are Defendants, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for case at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on the 20th day of September, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 1, HEATHER LAKES UNIT VI, PER MAP THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGE 49, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Property Address: 1434 Foxboro Drive, Brandon, FL 33511.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than Property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
