NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 28, 2013, entered in Case No. 12-CA-010339 DIV D of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Bank of New York Mellon, fka Bank of New York, as Trustee, on Behalf of the Registered Holders of Alternative Loan Trust 2007-OA4, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2007-OA4 is the Plaintiff and Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 16th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 15024-204, BUILDING 9, ARBORS AT CARROLLWOOD, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16781, PAGE 45, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
