NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 25, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 09-CA-004669 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 13th day of August, 2013 day of , using the following method: 10:00 a.m.via the website : http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, or relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 300 FEET OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 32 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE NORTH 33 FEET AND THE WEST 33 FEET FOR ROAD PURPOSES; OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE WEST 1/2 OF TRACT 3 OF SUNSET ACRES ESTATES, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; LESS THE SOUTH 150 FEET THEREOF.
BEING THE SAME PROPERTY CONVEYED TO ROBERT M. WERTANEN, AN UNMARRIED MAN FROM CLARA J. POTTER A/K/A CLARA JOYCE AND VERNE A POTTER, BY WARRANTY DEED DATED AUGUST 11, 2004, AND RECORDED ON AUGUST 21, 2004, IN O.R. BOOK14154, PAGE 0228.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
