NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 6, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-014490 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Indenture Trustee of the HomeBanc Mortgage Trust 2005-1, is the Plaintiff and Jennifer Wall a/k/a Jennifer P. Wall a/k/a Jennifer Poole Wall, William Wall a/k/a William M. Wall a/k/a William Martin Wall, Bank of America, NA, Carrollwood Oaks Property Owners Association, Inc., Older and Lundy LLC d/b/a the Law Firm of Older & Lundy, Attorneys at Law, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 15th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
