NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 20, 2013 and entered in Case No. 12-CA-017997 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Bank of America, N.A. is the Plaintiff and John L. Cook, Jr., Sherry L. Cook, Bank of America, N.A., Cavalry Portfolio Services, LLC and Providence Lakes Master Association, Inc. are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on August 8, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
