Notice is given that pursuant to Final Judgment for Foreclosure entered in Case No.: 2011-CA-007603, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which, DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS TRUSTEE, is the Plaintiff and the Defendants are MAGALI FIEDLER; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; RIVER BEND OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; and STATE OF FLORIDA, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on August 1, 2013 at 10:00 A.M. the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment for Foreclosure:
