NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 23, 2013 in Civil Case No. 09-CA-017677 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff and MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR LEHMAN BROTHERS BANK, FSB, A FEDERAL SAVING BANK, RAMIRO GONZALEZ, NYDIA GONZALEZ, BUCKHORN GROVES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT #1, UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on August 15, 2013, at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
