NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered June 25, 2013 in Civil Case No. 10-CA-015165 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is Plaintiff and LAURA A PREVATT, SUNTRUST BANK, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on August 13, 2013, at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
