Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on March 27, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, Pat Frank, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
LOT 11, BLOCK 4, BRANDON COUNTRY ESTATES UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE 3, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. LESS THAT PART MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 11, BLOCK 4, OF SAID PLAT, THENCE SOUTH 00 DEGREES 01' 10” EAST 40.00 FEET ALONG THE WEST BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 11, THENCE NORTH 03 DEGREE 03' 10” EAST 40.06 FEET TO THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 11, THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 57' 40” WEST 2.12 FEET ALONG SAID NORTH BOUNDARY TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
and commonly known as: 1604 SPRING LANE, BRANDON , FL 33510; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on August 14, 2013 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
