NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 24th day of June, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2012-CA-014404, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR HSI ASSET SECURITIZATION CORPORATION TRUST 2006-HE2, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE2 is the Plaintiff and MARCELLUS GUDES and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 12th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 71 FEET OF LOTS TWENTY FIVE (25) TWENTY SIX (26) TWENTY SEVEN (27) AND TWENTY EIGHT (28) BLOCK 6, OF MANOR HILLS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO MAP OF PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 17 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
