NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 9, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-021780 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wachovia Mortgage, FSB, f.k.a World Savings Bank, is the Plaintiff and Wayne Miller, Tenant #1 n/k/a Madai Nunez, Tenant #2 n/k/a Maria Miller, Regions Bank, Turner Trace Townhomes Owners Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 20th day of August 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
