Notice is given that pursuant to Final Judgment for Foreclosure entered in Case No.: 2011-CA-003787, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR RASC 2006-EMX3, is the Plaintiff and the Defendants are RUSSELL E. GOLDBLUM, JR.; VANESSA GOLDBLUM; PRIME ACCEPTANCE CORP.; and RIVER BEND OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on July 31, 2013 at 10:00 A.M. the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment for Foreclosure:
Lot 1, Block 4, RIVER BEND PHASE 1A, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 104, Pages 127 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
