Final Judgment was awarded on June 19, 2013 in Civil Case No.:09-CA-014533, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCUTRED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-NC1, is the Plaintiff, and, DEBBIE TODD AKA DEBBIE A. TODD AKA DEBRA TODD; MRC RECEIVABLES CORP; STATE OF FLORIDA; DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; HOUSEHOLD BANK (SB) NA; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
