Final Judgment was awarded on May 9, 2013 in Civil Case No.:29-2010-CA-024224, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff, and, ALPHELIA K. CLIATT; THE GREENS OF TOWN N' COUNTRY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
