Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-captioned action, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, described as follows, to wit:
LOT 5, INDEPENDENCE SQUARE SUBDIVISION, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGE 7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Commonly known as 2224 East Hanna Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33610,
at public sale on August 20, 2013, at 10:00 A.M. EST after having first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes. The judicial sale will be conducted electronically online at the following website: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com.
If you are a subordinate lien holder claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the Clerk of Court no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
