NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 25, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-015936 DIV.D of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Gloria Martin; John Doe, N/K/A Larry Knight; and , are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on August 13, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 2, Block 8, Woodland Terrace 2nd Addition, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 35, Page 7, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida

IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
