NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 10, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-013561 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is Plaintiff, and CONSTANCE LEGGON N/K/A CONSTANCE BLUE, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 A.M. at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 19 day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 6, Block 29, BUFFALO HEIGHTS, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 36, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
