NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 24th day of June, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2008-CA-003338, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA is the Plaintiff and TARA HALLMARK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TARA HALLMARK; JANE DOE N/K/A CINDY CORREA and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 12th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

A portion of Lots 5 and 6, Block 45, Temple Crest Unit No. 3, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 63, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, Being more particularly described as follows: For a Point of Reference, Commence at the Northeast corner of aforementioned Lot 5 for a Point of Beginning; thence along the Easterly boundary of said Lot 5, being a curve concave to the East (having a Radius of 3030.00 feet, a Central Angle of 00Ëš34'12", an Arc length of 60.00 feet and a Chord Bearing and Distance of South 04Ëš43'00" West, 60.00 feet) to the Southeast corner of said Lot 5, also being a Point of Reverse Curvature; thence along the Easterly boundary of aforementioned Lot 6 being on a Curve concave to the Northwest (having a Radius of 244.47 feet, a Central Angle of 03Ëš41'54", an Arc length of 15.78 feet and a Chord Bearing and Distance of South 06Ëš13'32" West, 15.78 feet); thence North 66Ëš42'39" West to the water's edge of the Hillsborough River, said point being designated as Point “X”. Thence return to the Point of Beginning. Thence from said Point of Beginning North 77Ëš00'00" West along the Northerly boundary of aforementioned Lot 5 to the water's edge of the Hillsborough River; thence meandering Southwesterly along said water's edge to Point “X”.
