NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated on or about June 26, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2008 CA 011397 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff, and Laura A. Betterly, Steven D. Blom, West Bay Village Townhomes Association, Inc., Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., and the United States of America, are the Defendants.
Ken Burke, as Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on August 13, 2013, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, beginning at 10 a.m., in accordance with ยง 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
LOT 51 IN BLOCK 1 OF WEST BAY VILLAGE - PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 128, PAGES 91 AND 92, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
together with all buildings, structures and improvements thereon, as well as other personal property, fixtures, and rights therein.
