NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated June 26, 2013, in Case No. 12-014502-CI-13 (UCN 522012CA0145024XXCICI) of the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in which DAVID POWELL and JEANETTE POWELL are the Plaintiffs and FRONTIER HOMES AND DEVELOPMENT, INC., DAVID N. HABIB and KRISSY HABIB, and THURSTON GROVES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 14, 2013, in accordance with Florida Statutes ยง 45.031, the following described property set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 1, THURSTON GROVES, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 123, Pages 94 through 98, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida (legal description).
Property Address: 10243 Thurston Groves Blvd., Seminole, FL 33778.
THIS NOTICE SHALL BE PUBLISHED IN THE BUSINESS OBSERVER ONCE A WEEK FOR TWO CONSECUTIVE WEEKS, THE SECOND PUBLICATION BEING AT LEAST FIVE DAYS BEFORE THE SALE.
