NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 11, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-006854 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Ronnie Lee Atkinson, are defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 12th day of August 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
