NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 25, 2013, and entered in Case No. 08010249 CI 008 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein PNC Bank, National Association successor in interest to National City Real Estate Services, LLC,successor by merger to National City Mortgage Inc.,f/k/a National City Mortgage Co., is the Plaintiff and Robert Quinn, A/K/A Robert J. Quinn; Joann Quinn, A/K/A Joann M. Quinn; National City Bank; Seminole Palms of Largo Homeowners' Association, Inc.; and Jane Doe N/K/A Shannon Quinn, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on August 14, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 1, Block 13, Seminole Palms at Largo, according to the Map or Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 126, Page 84, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
