NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 9, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11004142CI DIV. 13 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Third Federal Savings & Loan Association of Cleveland, is the Plaintiff and Tara L. Liggett, n/k/a Tara L. Briggs and Richard M. Briggs, Jr., are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on August 7, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
Situate in the County of Pinellas and the State of Florida, to-wit:
Lot 3 and the North 2 feet of Lot 4, Block 7, Bay Ridge Estates First Addition, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 57, Page 20, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
