NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 18th, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-011522XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE UNDER POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF JUNE 1, 2006 MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2006-HE5, is Plaintiff and Dorothy Rhea, Jim Rhea, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Decision One Mortgage Company, LLC, Sharon Rhea; are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 7th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 9, Block C, Harris School Addition, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 67, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 4711 22nd Street North, Saint Petersburg, FL
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
