NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 5, 2013, and entered in 52-2012-CA-009414-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-R3, is the Plaintiff and LAWRENCE JOEL FINKLE A/K/A LAWRENCE FINKLE A/K/A LARRY FINKLE; JANIS C. ALTNER A/K/A JANIS ALTNER, AS TRUSTEE OF THE MARTIN L. ALTNER TRUST AGREEMENT DATED OCTOBER 30, 2007; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE MARTIN L. ALTNER TRUST AGREEMENT DATED OCTOBER 30, 2007; JOETTA W. FINKLE; JANIS C. ALTNER A/K/A JANIS ALTNER are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on August 6, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK X, HIBISCUS GARDENS, TOGETHER WITH THE SOUTH 1/2 OF VACATED PARK STREET, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
