NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 5, 2013, and entered in 12-011073CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2004-3, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-3, is the Plaintiff and CHARLOTTE WEBSTER; MICHELLE WEBSTER; GE CAPITAL RETAIL BANK F/K/A GE MONEY BANK F/K/A GE CAPITAL CONSUMER CARD CO., AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO MONOGRAM CREDIT CARD BANK OF GEORGIA; MIDLAND FUNDING LLC, AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO THE HOME DEPOT; LVNV FUNDING LLC; CITIBANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CITIBANK (SOUTH DAKOTA), N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on August 6, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, LAKE PEARL ESTATES UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGE 40, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
