NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 3, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-1078 CI 21, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED NOTE HOLDERS OF RENAISSANCE HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2006-2 is Plaintiff and CASSIE D. DIORIO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CASSIE D. DIORIO; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on the 1st day of August 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 39, THE MANORS OF FOREST LAKES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 83, PAGES 54 THROUGH 56, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
