NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 8, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-6852-CO-041 of the CIRCUIT COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein PINE RIDGE AT LAKE TARPON VILLAGE I CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and AMANDA ALBERT; RONALD ALBERT; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER WITH WA and CHASE BANK USA, N.A. are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 16th day of August, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
