SUCCESSOR BY MERGER WITH WA and CHASE BANK USA, N.A. are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 16th day of August, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
