NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated June 19, 2013, in the above-styled cause, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 6th day of August, 2013 the following described real property:
Lot 31, Block 24, FOURTH ADDITION TO LONE PALM BEACH, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 23, Page 10, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida;
Those certain submerged lands as associated with parcel number 09/31/15/52596/025/0310 (2004) and described as submerged land no. 20118 & no. 20758 Less part of submerged land.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
