NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated June 25, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09016655CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company As Trustee For The Holders Of New Century Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2005-A, Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, is the Plaintiff and Rose M. Ramos-Alomar, Neftali Rivera, New Century Mortgage Corporation, a Dissoved Corporation, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 9th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
