NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an order rescheduling sale dated June 25, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-08554 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, NA, also known as Wachovia Mortgage, a division of Wells Fargo Bank, NA, formerly known as Wachovia Mortgage, FSB, formerly known as World Savings Bank, FSB, is the Plaintiff and Jane Dyer, Jonathan P. Dyer, , are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 9th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
