NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 12th day of June, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-6049CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CREDIT SUISSE FIRST BOSTON MORTGAGE ACCEPTANCE CORP., MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-11 is the Plaintiff and ANNA M. HAMILTON A/K/A ANNA HAMILTON, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR DIVERSIFIED MORTGAGE, THE INDEPENDENT SAVINGS PLAN COMPANY, JOAN ROCCO and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 31st day of July, 2013, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 26, COLONIAL VILLAGE SECOND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PMAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 61, PAGE 64, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
