YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, EAST LAKE WOODLANDS WOODLAKE RUN CONDOMINIUM UNIT ONE ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit No. 2, Building No. 12, of EAST LAKE WOODLANDS WOODLAKE RUN CONDOMINIUM UNIT THREE, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in O.R. Book 5925, Page 942, and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 82, Pages 69 through 83, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before August 19, 2013, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
