A PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA, COUNTY OF PINELLAS, WITH A STREET LOCATION ADDRESS OF 1518 OWEN DR; CLEARWATER, FL 33759-2203 CURRENTLY OWNED BY RANDALL SHOUTD AND EUDES SHOUTD HAVING A TAX IDENTIFICATION NUMBER OF 08-29-16-64041-000-0110 AND BEING THE SAME PROPERTY MORE FULLY DESCRIBED IN BOOK/PAGE OR DOCUMENT NUMBER 14045-240 DATED 12/23/2004 AND FURTHER DESCRIBED AS ORANGE BLOSSOM SUB LOT 11 AND S 12.5FT OF LOT 12 AND UNPLATTED LAND LYING S OF LOT 11 AND N OF LOT 15 OF ORANGE BLOSSOM SUB 1ST ADD.
