YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a lien on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
UNIT N0. 510 OF HARBOR BLUFFS WATERFRONT CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 31 THROUGH 36, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED MAY 2, 1975, IN O. R. BOOK 4285, PAGE 426, AS AMENDED BY CERTIFICATES OF AMENDMENT RECORDED MAY 15, 1975, IN O. R. 4289, PAGE 540, AND NOVEMBER 30, 1976, IN O. R. 4483, PAGE 460, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
SUBJECT TO RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, RESERVATIONS OF RECORD AND TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF HARBOR BLUFFS WATERFRONT CONDOMINIUM.
A Lawsuit has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on or before 30 days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, on Rabin Parker, P.A., Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is 28163 U.S. Highway 19 North, Suite 207, Clearwater Florida 33761, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in The Business Observer.
