NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated July 8, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-014017-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase is the Plaintiff and Thomas Kleckner, Tenant # 1 also known as Andrew Compino and Tenant # 2 also known as Johanna Sooteo are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com/ , Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 AM on August 22, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 11, BUILDING A, WINDWARD ON THE GULF I, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5195, PAGE 1621 THROUGH 1688, AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 50, PAGES 108-111, AND ANY OTHER AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
