NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 18, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-010844-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and JANET MADDOX GOREE; BILLY JACK GOREE; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; LEISURE WORLD MOBILE HOME PARK ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATED; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on the 6th day of August 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK H, PLEASURE WORLD PARK, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 69, PAGE 73, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH THAT 2005 HOMES OF MERIT MOBILE HOME, VIN #FLHMBA176451618A / TITLE #97189272; AND VIN #FLHMBA176451618B / TITLE #97189468, PERMANENTLY AFFIXED TO SAID LAND
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
