NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated June 19, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-000219 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, and Trustees of Robert Eugene Haskell a/k/a Robert E. Haskell, Deceased, and All Other Persons Claiming by and Through, Under, Against The Named Defendant (s) are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on August 6, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 909, OF THE BEACON ON 3RD STREET, A CONDOMINIUM, SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, EASEMENTS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUMS, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 13222, AT PAGE 2066, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND COMMON EXPENSES DECLARED TO BE AN APPURTENANCE TO THE CONDOMINIUM UNIT.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
