NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated June 18, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2009-CA-002110 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Trustee for the holders of GSAMP 2002-HE2, Mortgage Pass Through Certificates, Series 2002-HE2, Plaintiff and Peter F. Klemick are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on August 2, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 17, AND WEST 1/2 OF LOT 16, WALDOMAR GROVES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 19, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY,FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
