NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated June 17, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2008-CA-008484 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee for C-BASS Trust 2006-CB9, C-BASS Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-CB9, Plaintiff and Que T. Tran and Thanh Nguyen, Her Husband are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on August 6, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK A, OF WESTGATE REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, AT PAGE 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
